The establishment of the central tennis courts along with a shopping and gastronomic complex additionally reinforced Portorož as a reputable tennis centre. The location thus secured the possibility to organize the most selective and high-profile tennis events. The courts have already hosted well-known and famous tennis players, including both national tennis players as well as international tennis stars, such as the Williams’ sisters and the legendary Martina Navratilova.

The ground floor of the business, commercial and gastronomic complex now boasts a Mexican and a Chinese restaurant, a beauty clinic for plastic surgery, a supermarket, a pharmacy as well as clothes and fashion stores.
